In most industries, technology-driven transformation of organizations (digital transformation) is an ongoing challenge. However, in many cases becoming digital is confused with just automating processes. If the concept is interpreted in a broader sense it is likely that relatively stable value chains mutate into ecosystems.

The online info session held by Prof. Dr. Reinhard Jung highlights both concepts, digital transformation and ecosystems, and elaborates on prerequisites for business success.
